As of April 2016 Half or Whole hogs are $4.25 lb hanging weight plus processing costs. We use USDA certified C Roys here in Yale or USDA certified McNees in North Branch for processing. We have a very limited number of hogs, please call or email me to reserve yours. The deposit to reserve is $200 per half which will be applied to your final cost.
As of April 2016 We have a very limited amount of cuts available here on farm. Call to check if we have the cut and quantity before driving out. (810) 543-0173.
